You can cancel your order at any point up to time of dispatch (except for in the case of personalised items, due to the nature of the product).

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have 30 days after receipt of goods to return them for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected. Our company policy is to offer you 30 days from receipt of goods to return an item back to us. This excludes personalised items, due to the nature of the product.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are in £ inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. We maintain a high level of stock in our warehouses. However, if at any time the product is out of stock we will be in contact to arrange a redelivery date (or alternatively offer a full refund).
Payment can be made using options shown at checkout, through Paypal and Shopify's secure gateway. Payment is subject to the gateway terms and conditions. As your details are encrypted and dealt with by Paypal or Shopify's secure gateway, you can shop with confidence knowing that your card details will not be accessible to Home Deco London.
All products have a photographic image, which are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. By submitting your order to us, you are confirming that you are aware of this fact and do not consider this to be an issue with ordering that product.
Home Deco London prides itself on providing an extensive range of bespoke, design-led products – many of which are handmade, or hand finished. The nature of hand finished products results in a variable effect, which sets us apart from mass-produced items you would expect to find in multiples. For example:
- Products made from hand-blown glass will have bubbles and / or slight colour variations
- Handmade ceramics will vary slightly in shape and / or size
- Hand-applied ceramic glazes (especially the skilful reactive glazes that we often use to create special effects), will have firing marks, glaze bubbles or glaze runs
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Any claim for damages/shortages or delivery failure must be given to the Company within three days of delivery. We require all of our customers to be extra vigilant when accepting deliveries. Where there are any damaged boxes or pallets, or missing cartons upon delivery, the couriers POD (Proof of Delivery) must be annotated accordingly, detailing the exact nature of the damage or the shortage. We cannot settle any claims where couriers POD’s are signed cleanly and fully intact. Breakages of less than one case will be credited not replaced. Title to all goods and products sold by the company shall remain with the company until such time as full payment for such goods and products has been received.
The Seller shall sell and the buyer shall purchase the goods in accordance with any written faxed, telephoned, emailed, online or other comparably communicated order to the buyer which is accepted by the seller. All such orders shall be accepted subject to these Terms & Conditions. No terms, conditions or reservations stipulated by the Buyer, the Buyer’s representative or the Buyer’s purchase order can annul or override the seller's Terms & Conditions.
Home Deco London LTD adheres to all UK Trading laws and legislation.
This contract shall be construed according to the Law of England and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
