We offer a same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 1pm, Monday through Friday. Once you complete your order at the checkout, you will see delivery service and price options tailored to your location.
For customers in Mainland England and non-remote areas, we partner with Amazon Shipping for fast and reliable delivery:
- Next Day Delivery: Free for all orders over £50.00 (Monday - Friday)
- Next Day Delivery: £3.50 for orders below £49.99
If you’re located in non-Mainland England or remote areas, we use Royal Mail:
- Tracked 48 Hour Delivery: Free for all orders over £50.00 (Monday - Friday)
- Tracked 48 Hour Delivery: £3.50 for orders below £49.99
At our warehouses, we keep high stock levels to ensure product availability. However, in the rare event that an item is out of stock, we will reach out to arrange a redelivery date or offer a full refund.
We also provide a local collection service from our warehouse located in Essex, available by appointment only. Collections can be scheduled between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. If you wish to request a collection, please get in touch with us.
