Refund policy

At Home Deco London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Our refund and returns policy reflects this commitment. If you aren’t completely happy with an item, you can return it to us hassle-free.

We understand that sometimes preferences change. If you decide to return an unwanted item, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to do so. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. Please note that while we happily accept returns, the cost of returning unwanted items must be covered by the customer.

To make your return easier, you can generate a returns label through our website. However, if you choose to use our returns label, a deduction of £3.50 will be made from your refund to cover the cost of this service.

If an item is being returned due to an error on our part, we will gladly refund you the total cost or replace the product at no extra charge. We strive for accuracy, but in the rare case that a mistake happens, we will ensure the issue is resolved quickly.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 7 working days after we receive your returned item. We appreciate your understanding during this process.
