Refunds/Returns Policy

We love our products but understand some times it is just not going to work, don't worry, our no quibble returns policy means you can return anything to us in unused condition and original packaging within 60 days.

Just send us a mail at info@homedecolondon.com where we will instruct you of a returns number

All goods should be returned to:

Unit 2a East Side New House Farm,  Little Laver Road, Ongar.  CM5 0JE.We will write to you by email to confirm receipt of your goods and refund details.

We promise to refund you within 10 working days of the item arriving back with us, and if you are returning it because of our error, (we try to be darn perfect all the time, but sometimes we muck up!) we will of course refund you all the same (or replace the goods at no extra charge)
