Delivery Information 

Standard Delivery:

We offer a same day dispatch on all orders placed before 1pm (Monday - Friday). Our chosen delivery partners are Amazon Shipping and Royal Mail. On completing your order at the checkout, you will be advised of the delivery service and price options available.

Two Day Delivery : £3.50 on all orders below £35.00

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours: free delivery on all orders above £50.00 (Monday - Friday)
Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours: £3.50 on all orders below £49.99

Direct From Supplier Standard Delivery ( Bulky/ Heavy Products)

Direct From Supplier Standard Delivery: free delivery on all orders above £50.00 

Lead Time for Direct from Supplier is 3-5 Working days up to 7 working days for items needing a two man delivery over 100kg.

Deliveries are made between 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday (times will be allocated on an AM or PM basis only)

Deliveries sent via our Direct Fleet on a 1 Man or parcel service will be booked out via WhatsApp Messenger, notifying the customer of their delivery slot and highlighting our ‘leave safe’ service.

This service includes delivery to a neighbour or a safe location, such as a porch. In both instances, our delivery team will take a photograph as proof of delivery and leave a card. 

There is also the option for the customer to re-schedule their delivery for an alternative date.

Larger Furniture and MTO items 

We aim to dispatch all non-parcel orders using our own UK logistics fleet within 7 days of order receipt.

Times provided for our Fleet deliveries will be allocated on an AM or PM basis only.

As a responsible employer, the safety of our team is of utmost importance to us. Direct reserves the right to assess the safety of the final delivery location upon arrival and if our experienced and highly trained team deem it unsafe, then they will deliver to ground-floor only.


    Stock
    We maintain a high level of stock in our warehouses. However, if at any time the product is out of stock we will be in contact to arrange a redelivery date (or alternatively offer a full refund). 

    Local Collection
    We offer a collection service from our warehouse in Essex, available when booked by appointment only. Collections can be arranged between 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday). To request a collection please contact us here.
