Refund policy

We want you to love the products you buy from us, but if you change your mind, we have a no-quibble returns policy. If you are returning due to an error (we try to be perfect all the time, but sometimes mistakes happen!), we will, of course, refund you the full amount or replace the goods at no additional charge.

If an item is unwanted, it can be returned to us within 60 days for a no-quibble refund. The item(s) must be in resaleable condition, unused, and in their original packaging. The cost of returning unwanted purchases to us shall be borne by you & the cost of shipping the original order will not be refunded.

For unwanted items, you can create a returns label here. Please note that returning unwanted items using this returns label will result in a £3.50 deduction from your refund to cover the cost of this service.

If you need any support with your return, please contact us|. We promise to issue a refund within 7 working days of the item's return to us.
