Founded in 1842 in St Helens, Ravenhead glassware was a family run business that primarily produced bottles but branched out into making domestic tableware in the 1930s. From 1960 to 1990 it was responsible for the design of many iconic glasses in the catering and pub sectors and was at the forefront of turning glass from a functional item into a fashion statement for the kitchen and home.
